My own interpretation of the Caragor, from the video game Middle-Earth Shadow of Mordor, followed by it's sequel Shadow of War. For those who want to be in the know, the Caragor is a non-canon creature created by monolith to serve as a Big Cat; the caragor and it's cousin the caragath is to a lion or tiger what the warg is to a wolf.
I was not too pleased with how the Caragor was designed, it's basically just a carbon copy of the warg design from The Two Towers movie just minus any fur, a shorter more ugly looking face with a snub, stump nose and ungulate-like ears and spiked plates around it's neck; if the beast is suppose to be a cat then it should have distinct feline features, so like what the creative team did in re-designing the wargs in The Hobbit to make them more wolf-like and not like the mock-hyena type monstrosities in TTT, I thought I would experiment in trying to make the caragor look much closer to a lion in terms of it's facial features and overall body plan while stil
